Teresa, better known as Terry, started Grant-ify, LLC because of her passion to help others succeed in their fund seeking efforts. 

Terry has over 15 years of experience developing and writing federal, state, local government, and private foundation grants. She has a proven record of success, with over $50+ million in submitted proposals resulting in $30+ million in awarded projects from federal, state, and local governments, and corporate and private foundations. she served as Director of the Resource Development Department at Miami Dade College for four years. The department, which averaged $30 million annually in grant funding, was comprised of seven grant writers with over 60 years of combined grant-related experience, a Grant Research Analyst, and an administrative supervisor. Additional strengths include assistance in concept development, project design and development of all proposal sections, such as statement of need, budget narrative, logic model design, and assistance in framing evaluation plans. Grant development competencies have been further strengthened through experience providing direct services and serving as a selected peer reviewer for various funding entities.

In addition to grant services, Terry has served as a business consultant to assist organizations in identifying and diversifying their fund seeking efforts.
